A digital game code may be returned while it is in pre-order status. The rules governing which digital game codes are eligible for return and which are not, together with other relevant information, are set out below.

 

      You may only return orders that are in pre-order status and for which an activation code has not yet been delivered. Return requests may be submitted to AssisTT Holland B.V Customer Services by calling 0090 216 666 44 44.

      Refunds are processed by the partner payment institution, either as a credit to the customer's credit card or as a deduction from the invoice, depending on the payment method used. Where a refund is issued to a credit card, the transaction is completed within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days. Alternatively, upon your request, a refund may also be made by way of deduction from the Türk Telekom home internet invoice. Refunds via deduction from the Türk Telekom home internet invoice are processed as a single lump-sum deduction or as monthly deductions, depending on whether the original payment was made in a single instalment or in multiple instalments.

      The relevant supplier of the product shall be responsible for all withdrawal, cancellation, and return processes concerning products purchased with an equipment activation code. Applications regarding such products must be submitted directly to the relevant supplier.
