You may return a digital game code only if it is in the pre-order phase. Below you’ll find the rules regarding which digital game codes can and cannot be returned, along with other relevant information.

  • Only orders that are still in pre-order status and for which the activation code has not yet been delivered are eligible for return.
    You can submit your return request via Türk Telekom Customer Service at 444 1 444.

  • Refunds will be processed by the payment intermediary partner, depending on the payment method used—either as a credit back to your credit card or as a deduction from your Türk Telekom home internet bill.

  • For credit card refunds, the refund process takes between 7 (seven) and 15 (fifteen) days.
    Upon your request, refunds can also be issued by deducting the amount from your Türk Telekom home internet bill. If paid in installments, the deduction will be applied monthly based on the number of installments.

  • For products purchased using an equipment activation code, the supplier of the product is responsible for all cancellation, withdrawal, and return procedures.
    In such cases, you must direct your requests to the respective supplier.
