The subject of this Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement (FORM) is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of Turkish Telekom PLAYSTORE products/services offered/sold by the OPERATOR to the BUYER, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below.
PLAYSTORE is a digital gaming platform offering affordable prices and various payment options for activation codes used for purchasing games, game packages, and equipment. To benefit from PLAYSTORE products/services, membership must be created by generating a single password via www.playstore.com. To register for the Single Password; it is sufficient to click the “FREE SIGN UP” link on www.playstore.com, enter the mobile phone number on the “Create New Account” page, and press the “Create Account” button after entering the password sent via SMS. The member is responsible for protecting the Single Password and membership information, and the OPERATOR shall not be liable for any damages arising from sharing the password or personal information with third parties.
Products/services can be purchased via PLAYSTORE by adding the product to the cart, selecting the payment method, entering the user password, displaying the final successful purchase information including payment option and amount, approving the preliminary information form, clicking the pay button, and entering the 6-digit code (password) sent to the GSM number. The password sent to the GSM number must not be shared with anyone, including Customer Services. The member is responsible for protecting this password, and the OPERATOR shall not be liable for damages arising from sharing the password with third parties.
The activation code of the product(s) may not be usable on more than one account. This usage limitation is determined by the publisher of the product(s).
The name and sales price including taxes of the product or service subject to the FORM are stated below. Detailed information is provided on the product detail page of the relevant product on www.playstore.com. The price information of the purchased product/service is also displayed on the confirmation screen.

If payment of the product(s) purchased from PLAYSTORE is preferred via Turkish Telekom home internet bill, the product price will be reflected on the invoice of the purchase period. If purchased in installments, the installments will be reflected on the invoices of the relevant periods, and in case of cancellation of the Playstore service or Turkish Telekom home internet subscription, the remaining installments will be reflected in full on the relevant invoice.
If the mobile payment method is selected, payment services are provided through payment service providers operating under Law No. 6493 dated 20/6/2013 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.
In sales made via mobile payment, the package fee will be reflected on the mobile phone bill starting from the first month following the purchase period and will continue to be reflected monthly unless the service is canceled. In case of cancellation, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing period.
In sales made by credit card, the product price will be charged to the credit card starting from the first month following the purchase period. Payment services in credit card transactions are also carried out through authorized payment service providers under Law No. 6493.
There is no physical delivery of the purchased service. After reading the information regarding the purchased service and approving this FORM, the service sale will be completed. Following completion of the sale, the activation code may be used on the relevant platform to benefit from the service.
The products/services subject to this FORM are intangible goods and services that are performed instantly in electronic environment and delivered immediately to the consumer pursuant to Article 15 (ğ) of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for such products/services. Accordingly, this product/service is not within the scope of the right of withdrawal that can be exercised without assuming any legal or penal liability as set forth in Article 9/1 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. In case of pre-order, the customer has the right of withdrawal until the activation code is delivered. Customers may submit such requests via Turkish Telekom Customer Services. Refunds will be made depending on the payment method, either as a credit card refund or invoice deduction, by the payment intermediary or via deduction from the Turkish Telekom home internet bill.
The supplier of the relevant product is responsible for withdrawal, cancellation, and refund processes for products purchased with an equipment activation code. Applications regarding these products must be made to the relevant supplier.
